• WEATHERTIGHT – High density concrete keeps the elements out. What’s more, panels are moulded in one piece - incorporating window and door openings - to eliminate all in-wall joints.

• DURABLE – Durawall was designed in New Zealand and incorporates materials and component parts already proven in challenging building environments. None of the components or materials are subject to rot.

• FLEXIBLE – Durawall panels are custom built to your specifications and can be built to any height.Standard wall heights are up to 2.7 m and custom wall heights between 2.7 m and 7.0 m. Walls may be of any length up to a maximum of 13.5 m long. Running services (plumbing, electrical outlets) in the wall cavity is easy – it is not necessary to predetermine plumbing and outlet positions prior to installation.

• INSTALLATION – Durawall panels are cast on-site or delivered to the site and installed by a crane on the footing/foundation. Durawall uses a footing/foundation similar to other types of masonry construction; however, since Durawall panels are lighter than other types of masonry or precast panels, foundation loads are greatly reduced – saving you money in foundation costs.

• QUALITY ASSURANCE – The entire building and each individually designed Durawall panel are approved, certified and signed off by a Chartered Professional Engineer as meeting or exceeding all standards set forth in national and local building codes.
